All entries must be made on the
correct form with names of vaulters, horses and lungers
and include membership numbers. Entries will not be accepted unless they are on
the correct entry form, (BEV Rules 2007, article 105).
Please ensure that all competitors and lungers are members of BEV. Membership applications will
not be accepted on the day.
Declarations for affiliated
classes should be made by 7 pm on February 29th to J. McLaren by phone Tel. 07921 704 855. No declarations accepted on day apart from exceptional circumstances
such as injury.
Late
entries will be charged double

principle please inform by e-mail the classes you intend to enter. Some idea of

First Aid Cover: to be arranged by Dr C Laird. Cost:
£5.00 per vaulter.
Horses for unaffiliated classes should be provided
by the club of the vaulters entered. The running order for the walk individual
will be based on club, rather then on the class. If a club arranges to use the
horse of another club, please state this on the entry form.
Points for horses: Walk classes will now have no points allocated.
Please offer if you have spare walk horses.
