No more than two advanced vaulters.

Dress optional. Up to 8 vaulters

 

NB: Please note that the number of entries per group for unaffiliated classes may have to be limited due to time restrictions.

All entries must be made on the correct form with names of vaulters, horses and lungers and include membership numbers. Entries will not be accepted unless they are on the correct entry form, (BEV Rules 2007, article 105).

Please ensure that all competitors and lungers are members of BEV. Membership applications will not be accepted on the day.

 

 

Declarations for affiliated classes should be made by 7 pm on February 29th to J. McLaren by phone Tel. 07921 704 855. No declarations accepted on day apart from exceptional circumstances such as injury.



 Late entries will be charged double

 

General Information

 

Entry dates:             In Principle: 1st February 2008.    

                                     Final entry: 16thFebruary 2008.                                      
For entries in principle please inform by e-mail the classes you intend to enter. Some idea of numbers would be helpful. Some steer on the Fun classes would also be helpful.  Please send to: joanna1.mclaren@virgin.net

 

Final entries with names etc. – to Jo McLaren, cheques made out to Scottish Equestrian Vaulting.

 

Stabling: Please contact SNEC directly on 01506 865 714.

Accommodation: Please contact Joanna McLaren if further information is required.

 

Refreshments:  will be available.

 

First Aid Cover: to be arranged by Dr C Laird. Cost: £5.00 per vaulter.

 

Horses for unaffiliated classes should be provided by the club of the vaulters entered. The running order for the walk individual will be based on club, rather then on the class. If a club arranges to use the horse of another club, please state this on the entry form.

 

Points for horses: Walk classes will now have no points allocated. Please offer if you have spare walk horses.

Music should be clearly labeled with the Group name, class, competitors names, compulsory, freestyle or run-in music.  Please check all tapes are re-wound!
