Please ensure that all competitors and lungers are members of BEV. Membership applications will not be accepted on the day.

 

Declarations for affiliated classes should be made by 7 pm on 29 May by e-mail to info@clwydspecialridingcentre.org.uk; by phone Tel: 01352 770446. No declarations accepted on day apart from exceptional circumstances such as injury.

First Aid Cover:  cost £5 per vaulter.

Selection Costs £15 per Vaulter entered for selection.

 

Horses for unaffiliated classes should be provided by the club of the vaulters entered. The running order for the walk individual will be based on club, rather then on the class. If a club arranges to use the horse of another club, please state this on the entry form.

 

Points for horses: Walk classes will now have no points allocated. Please offer if you have spare walk horses.

Music should be clearly labeled with the Group name, class, competitors names, compulsory, freestyle or run-in music.  Please check all tapes are re-wound!  Music may also be presented on a CD.
