for each vaulter)

This
log sheet must be taken to all BEV Vaulting competitions at which it is
intended to compete and presented to the Organiser or Competition Secretary.
At
the end of the class, the mark obtained should be filled in and the sheet
signed by the judge or Secretary.
It is
compulsory for teams
to list on the log sheet each competition in which they take part.
The
score sheet, or copies of them, from each competition must be attached to the
log sheet.
At
the end of the calendar year ( by December 15th
at the latest) this log sheet, or copy of it , must be submitted unasked to
Bill Phillips as Competition Secretary.
Notification
of any decision to downgrade made by the BEV Competition Committee must be
enclosed with the log sheet.
