Candidate Judge regarding their scoring etc. after the class is
completed. It is the responsibility of the National Candidate Judge to request

Training
Recommendations / Ideas for Judges:
·
Training Seminars: HOW to
judge. Score videos and discuss recent
competitions, new rules etc. Multiple-choice questions of the rulebook and
guidelines.
·
Horse Training at Seminars: Watch
video of horses and discuss/judge with regard to guidelines. Bring in horse
‘experts’, possibly dressage judges to help with horse score.
·
At Home: At all competitions, a
film of the competition should be recorded from behind judge A. Training judges get a copy of the video
should score it in their own time.
Scores can then be compared to BEV score records.
·
If possible, repeat the same
process at international competitions, and compare scores to averages.
